Shipping fees depend on your delivery region and the total weight of the items. Online payment is required for mail orders outside MTR station meetup.
Order preparation
All mail orders are prepared and handed to the carrier from Hong Kong. Timelines below are business days unless noted.
- Hong Kong / InternationalAfter online payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Peak periods or made-to-order items may take slightly longer; we will contact you if a delay is expected.
- MTR station meetupKwun Tong Line preferred; other stations depend on schedule. Meetups are arranged on WhatsApp after confirmation, typically within 2–7 days.

International
Hongkong Post is charged from the official postage calculator: registered large letter at 0.5 kg or below, and registered airmail packet from the first 500 g, by destination and packed weight. International shipping is at least US$6. Graded or ungraded banknotes and ungraded single coins always use Hongkong Post, in every destination. UPS is used only for South Asia, the United States & Canada, the Middle East, and Africa when the order includes graded coins, coin sets, boxed coin sets, albums, graded stamps, stamp sheets, or uncut banknote sheets ── UPS shipping calculator. Other regions use Hongkong Post for those items as well.

Local mail options: Hongkong Post Easy Collect, local registered mail, or SF Express. Easy Collect follows Hongkong Post Easy Collect rates (2026 promo through year-end). Local registered mail follows Hongkong Post large letter / packet rates from HK$30. SF Express follows the Hong Kong Speedy Express limited-time offer table. Easy Collect and local registered mail are free when the order subtotal is HK$500 or above. International Hongkong Post follows the official postage calculator with a US$6 minimum; UPS is charged in USD and converted to HKD at checkout. Weight is the packed item weight used for postage.
