Shipping fees depend on your delivery region. Online payment is required for mail orders outside MTR station meetup.
Order preparation
All mail orders are prepared and handed to the carrier from Hong Kong. Timelines below are business days unless noted.
- Hong Kong / InternationalAfter online payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch within 1–3 business days. Peak periods or made-to-order items may take slightly longer; we will contact you if a delay is expected.
- MTR station meetupMTR station meetup orders are arranged by email or WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. Meetups are typically scheduled within 2–7 days.

International shipping fees are charged in USD and converted to HKD at checkout using the current exchange rate. Product prices remain in HKD. USD 1 = HKD 7.8397 · CNY 1 = HKD 1.1568
