Product Description The Hong Kong Government Elizabeth II Green Dollar banknote, issued on July 1, 1959, Pick #324Ab, serial number 6D 632692, was printed by the British BWC Printing House. The obverse features a portrait of a young Elizabeth II, with the words "Hong Kong Government" vertically inscribed in reverse, and the Chinese characters for "One Dollar" in both directions. It also bears the signature of Financial Secretary Arthur Clarke and is noted as legal tender with unlimited legal tender status. The reverse features a full-page green radial engraving with the words "One Dollar" vertically inscribed in the center. This is a classic postwar Hong Kong Queen's Green Dollar circulating banknote.
