Product Description

This is a 1947 North Korean first-generation 100-yen watermark banknote, Pick #11a, serial number R/LM098318. The obverse features portraits of workers and peasants, the inscription "North Korean Central Bank Note" in vertical script, and the denomination "Hundred" in traditional Chinese characters along with Korean script. The reverse features a panoramic view of Mount Paektu. As the first edition of a classic large-denomination banknote issued after the founding of the nation, it possesses extremely high historical value.
