How to buy

Two ways to complete a purchase: MTR station meetup in Hong Kong, or mail (Hong Kong local and international). Pick the track that fits you.

MTR station meetup

Inspect first, then pay cash at the station. Meetup details are confirmed on WhatsApp after you place the order.

    Choose notes or coins and add them to your cart.

  2. 2 Checkout

    Select MTR station meetup, then choose a date and station.

  3. 3 Place order

    Submit the order online. No card payment is taken for meetup orders.

  4. 4 Confirm on WhatsApp

    We message you to confirm time and meeting point.

  5. 5 Meetup

    Inspect the item first, then pay cash. Hand-over completes the sale.

  6. 6 Done

    Keep your order reference if you need follow-up later.

Mail — local & international

Pay online first. We pack in Hong Kong and ship by Hongkong Post, Easy Collect, SF Express or UPS as shown at checkout and on the Shipping page.

    Choose Hong Kong local mail or international registered mail, then enter address / delivery region.

  3. 3 Pay online

    Pay securely via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay where available).

  4. 4 We prepare & dispatch

    After payment is confirmed, we pack in Hong Kong and hand the parcel to the carrier (usually within 1–3 business days).

  5. 5 In transit

    Track when a tracking number is provided. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

  6. 6 Received

    Check the item on arrival. If something is wrong or damaged in transit, contact us promptly — see Terms.
