This is a 1959 North Korean 5-won banknote from the second series, Pick #14, serial number MK099573. The obverse features an administrative building, with the country name and emblem above, complemented by fine engraving patterns and a red bank seal. The reverse features a retro scrollwork security design. It is a classic North Korean banknote from the 1950s.
