This is a complete set of 7 banknotes from the first generation of the Central Bank of North Korea issued in 1947. The set includes 3 subsidiary banknotes and 4 principal banknotes. The obverse features portraits of workers and peasants, and the inscription "Central Bank of North Korea Note" in traditional Chinese characters. The reverse features a scenic view of Mount Paektu. This is a classic collectible set from the first edition issued after the founding of the Republic of Korea, and a complete set is rare.
